Working on Serenada Album, Trisouls Members Experience Food Poisoning

Kapanlagi.com - Vocal group Trisouls has just released their debut album titled Serenada. There are nine songs in this album. While working on the Serenada album, each member of Trisouls, Yerry, Jesse, and Damien, had many unforgettable experiences.

1. Food Poisoning

The most memorable experience was when one of the Trisouls members had an unexpected incident, which was food poisoning.

"One person had food poisoning. So, during the (recording) process, someone had food poisoning," said Jesse Thomasmore during the virtual press conference for the launch of the Serenada album, Friday (12/6/2020).

Besides one of the members experiencing food poisoning, there is another moment that will never be forgotten by Trisouls. Yes, when working on the song titled Isyarat, Yerry, Jesse, and Damien spent a considerable amount of time because it was arranged acapella style.

"That's the longest song we've ever arranged. We've never spent that long recording a song before. Just imagine, 3 shifts, each shift is 6 hours long," said Jesse.

3. Nine Songs

In the album Serenada, Trisouls released nine songs together with Warner Music Indonesia. Interestingly, Trisouls included a song titled Risalah Hati, originally by the band Dewa 19. A song that is featured in the album Bintang Lima.

4. A Challenging Song

"Originally, there were several options, and why we chose Risalah Hati is because we felt that this song has many challenges. We were challenged to bring harmonies that were not present in the previous songs," Damien concluded.
