Kapanlagi.com - As a Digital Ecosystem Enabler, Telkomsel reaffirms its commitment by holding the Digital Creative Entrepreneurs (DCE) Virtual Exhibition. This is the culmination of capacity and digital competency development for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the DCE #UnlockingOpportunities program held since November 2021. The DCE Virtual Exhibition serves as a reference for accelerating digital transformation in the MSME sector in Indonesia. The DCE Virtual Exhibition showcases products from 150 Telkomsel-assisted MSMEs in the food, craft, and fashion fields for one month at virtualexhibition.dce.co.id from March 24, 2022, to April 20, 2022.
Vice President Corporate Communications Saki H.Bramono said, "Telkomsel understands that MSME growth in Indonesia is currently full of challenges, especially in the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. However, behind these challenges, there are opportunities and good momentum for MSMEs to #SoarWithDigital. Through this Virtual Exhibition, visitors can see showcases from 150 DCE participants who have already undergone digital transformation. Telkomsel-assisted MSMEs in the food, craft, and fashion fields have gone through various development processes in the DCE program and are ready to become examples of how MSMEs can #UnlockingOpportunities together with Telkomsel."
Through the DCE program, Telkomsel opens up wider opportunities and possibilities, #UnlockingOpportunities for MSME players to improve their digital capacity and capabilities through a series of online seminars (webinars), workshops, and mentoring programs.
In addition, participants also receive training modules from Telkomsel's digital platform specifically for MSMEs such as Kuncie, 99% Usahaku, and MyAds. Overall, this program is aimed at promoting the growth of local MSMEs in the food, crafts, and fashion sectors in order to increase the competitiveness of entrepreneurs and brand owners at the national and global levels.Telkomsel began the DCE program series in November 2021 with three Entrepreneurship Class webinars that were watched by more than 50,000 viewers through the Maxstream and Vidio.com platforms. As a Talent Sourcing initiative, DCE opened registration on dce.co.id and attracted more than 900 prospective MSME participants. Based on assessments of product, legality, financial, digital, and creativity aspects, DCE selected 150 MSMEs to develop together with Telkomsel. After going through several capability development processes in Intimate Sessions, Mentoring Sessions, and Workshops, Telkomsel has selected 9 best participants to become the main showcase at the DCE Virtual Exhibition.
"Our hope is that participants get the best benefit from the DCE program series. Hopefully, with the DCE program, MSMEs can maintain and accelerate their business smoothly through digital means, while strengthening our role in accelerating national economic recovery," said Saki.
