One day, Fisher successfully freed a child named Koala from slavery. Then, Fisher escorted Koala back home. However, the villagers reported him to the navy. Finally, Fisher died after being shot by the navy. 

4. Luffy's Brother's Death, Portgas D. Ace

Portgas D. Ace's death occurred in episode 483 titled Searching for an Answer! Fire Fist Ace Dies on the Battlefield!. At that time, there was a great war in Marineford and Ace was captured. This triggered the Paramount War and made Ace's brother, Luffy, and the Whitebeard Pirates go to save him.
