Now, GSH has officially been designated as a suspect and faces a maximum sentence of 2.5 years in prison under Article 351 of the Criminal Code.

After being missing for quite some time, GSH was finally arrested by a joint team from the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police and the Criminal Investigation Unit of the East Jakarta Metro Police on December 15, 2024, at a hotel in Sukabumi, West Java.
In the circulated arrest footage, GSH appears relaxed sitting on the bed as the police knock on the door and enter without resistance. The officers promptly secured the suspect and took him to the East Jakarta Metro Police.
