Salsa Erwina is a graduate of the International Relations program at UGM, class of 2010. She graduated in 2014 as one of the top students on campus. Throughout her studies, Salsa was active in organizations and academic activities.
In addition to being an Outstanding Student at UGM in 2014, that same year Salsa Erwina also made it into the top 10 Outstanding National Students according to the Ministry of Education.
Since a young age, Salsa Erwina has been active in the debate world up to the international level. Salsa represented Indonesia in the World Debate Championship in Berlin in 2012. She won the Asia-Pacific debate competition at NTU Singapore in 2014.
After graduating, Salsa Erwina started her career in Jakarta as a Sustainability Coordinator at Danone. She worked there for one year before deciding to seek international experience.
For 4.5 years, Salsa Erwina worked at iPrice Group Malaysia holding several important positions. Salsa then rose from Content Marketing Executive to Head of Business Development.
In 2021, Salsa Erwina joined RevoU as Vice President of Business Development. Salsa leads the development of business and digital product strategies.
Since 2022, Salsa Erwina has been living in Aarhus, Denmark. In this Nordic country, Salsa works at Vestas. Salsa serves as an Agile Portfolio Specialist or Strategy Manager.
