The student from Cimahi, West Java, was rushed to RSUP Prof. Ngoerah Denpasar, but was declared dead at 1:03 PM WITA due to severe injuries to the hip, arm, and internal bleeding.

The Head of Public Relations of Denpasar Police, Kompol I Ketut Sukadi, explained that TAS was seen on the fourth floor in a panicked state before eventually falling. One witness, NKGA, stated that TAS came from the direction of the elevator with a panicked expression, then sat on a long bench near the classroom. Shortly thereafter, he was no longer seen in the original place.

"It is true, the victim was a Unud student who fell from the fourth floor of the FISIP building. The victim was taken to RSUP Prof. Ngoerah, but was then declared dead," said Sukadi on Thursday, October 16, 2025.

"Witnesses claimed to have seen the victim's shoes left behind on the seat, and shortly thereafter it was reported that someone had fallen in the campus yard," he added.

"The victim suffered fractures in the left and right hip bones, fractures in the upper arm, as well as internal organ bleeding. Upon arrival at the hospital, the victim was still conscious, but their condition continued to deteriorate until they were declared deceased," explained Sukadi.
