From the source cited, K-PTI FINASIM mentions that there are five types of drugs believed to have the potential to combat the corona virus covid-19. The combinations of these five drugs are as follows.
1) Lopinavir/ritonavir with azithromycin
2) Lopinavir/ritonavir with doxycycline
3) Lopinavir/ritonavir with clarithromycin
4) Hydroxychloroquine with azithromycin
5) Hydroxychloroquine with doxycycline

Furthermore, the announcement also states that the combination of these five drugs is believed to be able to fight the virus. Regarding the dosage, each combined drug has a certain amount, which is 1/5 and 1/3 smaller than the dosage as a single drug. Therefore, the side effects of each drug are reduced.
In the announcement, UNAIR researchers also conveyed that they have discovered the potential in stem cell research. In addition, Dr. Purwati also explained the existence of two formulas, namely Haematopotic Stem Cells (HSCs) and Natural Killer (NK) cells.
"From the challenge test results, it was found that after 24 hours, the SARS CoV2 virus isolate from Indonesia could be eliminated by these stem cells. Meanwhile, from the challenge test results on NK cells against the virus, it was found that after 72 hours, some of the virus could be inactivated by these NK cells," she explained.
Based on these two facts, the combination of these drugs is believed to have potential and will be effective enough to prevent and treat SARS CoV 2 virus attacks. In the future, Dr. Purwati hopes that these findings can be an alternative and recommendation for doctors, pharmaceutical industries, and the community to face the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. dr. Purwati, SpPD explained that currently the production of the drug is ongoing. In fact, hundreds have already been produced and are ready to be distributed to hospitals in need. Dr. dr. Purwati, SpPD also added that this drug will not be sold. One of the reasons is that this drug is the result of collaboration between UNAIR, BNPB, and the State Intelligence Agency.
