New Arema FC Player's Lion Head Tattoo Attracts Attention

Kapanlagi.com - Footballer Kushedya Hari Yudo or KH Yudo (27) officially joined the football club, Arema FC, for the 2020 competition season. The man born in Malang on July 16, 1993, was introduced in the player release at the Arema FC Office on Thursday (1/16/2020).

Yudo, as he is commonly called, garnered attention through the lion head tattoo on his left arm. The tattoo depicts an Aremania supporter wearing a lion head mask on his head.

The complete tattoo with accessories was made some time ago when he was still a member of another football club. Initially, not much attention was given to the tattoo, but since officially joining Arema FC, sports journalists have been asking about it. "I made it a few months ago. I think this is it for now, I don't want to add more because it hurts," he said at the Singa Cage (Arema FC Office) in Malang City on Thursday (1/16/2020).

Yudo has also not thought about showing off his cool tattoo during goal celebrations. Because he is still focused on playing. "That issue will take care of itself. I can't talk about it yet, I haven't played, I haven't scored goals either," said the owner of jersey number 19.

Yudo admitted that he is proud to join Arema FC, which has been his dream since the beginning. Therefore, when he received the offer, he immediately accepted it, even though other clubs also wanted him to join. "My dream has always been to play for Arema FC. Who wouldn't be proud to play in their own city, their own hometown, defending their own city," he said.

Yudo also admitted that he has the support of his family to defend his hometown team. He promised to do his best for his beloved team. "I grew up in the Arema Academy until I was 21 in Arema, maybe that's the consideration. That's why I chose Arema, personally, I hope I can bring Arema to the top," said Yudo, who hopes to play as a winger.

Arema FC appointed Robert Mario Carloz Gomez as the coach for the next 12 months. Gomez is assisted by three assistants, Charis Yulianto, Kuncoro, and Singgih Pitono. This Argentine coach is also assisted by two Latin coaches in the goalkeeper position, Martin Gonsalves Felipe Americo from Brazil and physical coach Marcos Gonzales from Argentina.

Meanwhile, 9 local players from Arema FC were introduced, consisting of Mariando Djonak Uropmabin, Saiful Indra Cahya, Dave Mustaine, Nurdiansyah, and Kushedya Hari Yudo. In addition, four players from the Arema FC Academy were introduced, namely Andreas Francisco, Vikrian Akbar, Titan Bagus, and Aji Saka.

The day before, three local players were also introduced, Taufik Hidayat, Ganjar Mukti, and Pandi Lestaluhu. As for the foreign players for the Asian slot, Oh Inkyun was chosen, while the negotiations for the other three foreign players are still ongoing. The foreign players being discussed are Jonathan Bauman (Argentina) and Ezechiel N'Douassel (Chad), while Santiago Carerra (Uruguay) is confirmed to have failed.
