Plaza Indonesia Releases Latest Culinary Holistic Experience Called Savor The Flavor - Note the Date!

Kapanlagi.com - In November, Plaza Indonesia presents the theme "Savor The Flavor" which appreciates F&B tenants and culinary enthusiasts. There are many culinary programs in it, which invite Plaza Indonesia visitors to not only try delicious food but also experience the overall culinary experience from appetizers to desserts, and the creative stories behind them.

The culinary creative world is the same as other creative worlds, which require a lot of creativity and experimentation to create a memorable dish.

In the second year of organizing Savor The Flavor, Plaza Indonesia presents many international chefs and Indonesian chefs who have won prestigious awards. They are brought in to create special menu dishes that are only available at Plaza Indonesia.

Explaining about the theme Savor The Flavor, Deputy Chief Marketing Officer of Plaza Indonesia, Zamri Mamat said, "We want to invite culinary enthusiasts to appreciate every food we enjoy and that in every food menu it is not only about being delicious, ordinary, or not delicious, but behind it there is a story, a tradition, the richness of spices, gastronomic knowledge, and years of experimental journey to create an impressive culinary experience full of stories from various worlds."

Throughout November, culinary enthusiasts at Plaza Indonesia will be indulged with exclusive dishes of various countries' flavors created by culinary experts curated by Museum Boga and led by Adrian Hauenstein as the Executive Chef of Grand Hyatt Jakarta, who will present a different special menu every month at La Moda level 1.

The special menus for this event include:

• Machel Wie - chef & content creator: Wednesday, November 15th to Sunday, November 30th, 2023, Asian fusion menu
• Ray Janson - chef, entrepreneur, podcaster: Monday, December 4th to Wednesday, December 20th, 2023, French fusion menu
• Arsyan Dwianto - restaurateur & content creator: Monday, January 8th to Wednesday, January 24th, 2024, Western fusion menu

In addition to the aforementioned chefs, there is also Chef Hironori Sato from Japan, who has been awarded the title of Chef Michelin 1 Star Restaurant Meli Melo Sapporo. He will be presenting his exclusive menu creations at Bistro Baron throughout the month of November. There will also be a private dining program that took place on November 4th and 5th, as well as a dessert masterclass that will be held on Wednesday, November 8th, 2023 at Lamoda.

With the rising trend of Korean dramas, Plaza Indonesia is inspired to introduce Korean-style menus, specifically the Korean Royal Court Cuisine set menu, which will be authentically presented by culinary brands from South Korea, namely K-Foodpioneer and Park&Park:

A curation of various culinary delights will be held from November 30th to December 2nd, 2023 at the function hall of Plaza Indonesia level 2. This I Love Food Bazaar also presents art exhibits, talk shows, and culinary workshops. Initiated by Dahlia Sardjono and Moskwita Darmawan as founders and partners, this is a presentation from World Fashionpreneur Connect (WFC).
