"We haven't concluded yet, but there are indications towards that direction. There are two construction projects around the road," said the Head of Public Relations of East Java Regional Police, Commissioner Frans Barung Mangera when contacted by Liputan6.com, Wednesday (19/12).
"We are investigating, calling expert witnesses from the road and construction fields, to determine the cause of the collapse of Gubeng Road," he said again.
