Anime CHARLOTTE itself tells the story of teenagers who are affected by the fall of a comet named Charlotte. This impact causes every teenager who has not yet gone through puberty, when exposed to its radiation, to have unique supernatural abilities.

One of them is Yuu Otosaka, a boy who is proud to have obtained powers. He has the ability to take over someone's mind and body. Because of this power, Yuu can make his life better.

He goes to school instantly and becomes what he dreams of. However, he is unaware that he is not the only one who has obtained this unique ability. Yes, Nao Tomori, the Student Council President of Hoshinoumi Academy, knows Yuu's lies.

She stops Yuu and convinces him to transfer to Hoshinoumi and join the Student Council. Hoshinoumi Academy itself is an institution secretly created for teenagers with supernatural abilities.
