The Archipelago Capital City, the new capital of Indonesia, is indeed still under construction. And on August 17th, specifically on Saturday, IKN will be the place to hold the 79th Independence Day Ceremony of the Republic of Indonesia.

The construction of the National Capital (IKN) has been underway for at least 2 years. Yes, the Nusantara Capital began to be developed since 2022.
And on August 17, 2024, the government will hold a ceremony to commemorate the 79th anniversary of Indonesian Independence for the first time in IKN.
Well, here is the ceremony field that is said to be 100 percent finished and can be used for holding ceremonies.
This ceremony field is right in front of the very large state palace, even more magnificent than the one in Jakarta.
The IKN itself is predicted to be completed by 2025. Although it is not fully finished yet, it has already started to be functional.Â
