Kapanlagi.com - Actor Abidzar Al-Ghifari casually responded to various criticisms he received after starring in the film A Business Proposal directed by Rako Prijanto. This film is an adaptation of the popular South Korean drama and webtoon of the same name. One reason for the criticism is Abidzar's decision not to watch the original version. He did not watch the South Korean version of A Business Proposal because he wanted to create the character Utama in his own style. On one occasion, Abidzar revealed that he did not feel down despite facing criticism from various parties. He actually considers it part of the learning process in the acting world. In the film A Business Proposal, Abidzar plays a character named Utama. He acts alongside Ariel Tatum, who plays Sari, a food analyst at Bowo Foods. The film tells the story of Sari, who is forced to disguise herself as her friend, Yasmin (played by Caitlin Halderman), to attend a blind date.Unexpectedly, the man who becomes her date is Utama, the heir to the company where Sari works. From here, various conflicts and funny incidents begin to emerge, starting from Sari's attempts to hide her identity as an employee of Bowo Foods to her involvement in an increasingly complicated matchmaking scheme. This film is produced by Falcon Pictures and will be released in Indonesian cinemas starting February 6, 2025.
