The closeness established with the accused was then exploited to offer investments. Bunga agreed to invest by sending money in stages from 2022 to 2024. Suspicion arose in May 2024 when profit payments did not match the agreement. The accused often delayed payments with various excuses. Bunga shed tears while recounting the chronology of events.
