This online trial was scheduled for the reading of the indictment by the Public Prosecutor (JPU).In the indictment read by the JPU, Olivia Nathania faces a four-year prison sentence under Article 263 in conjunction with Article 65, Article 378 in conjunction with Article 65, and Article 372 in conjunction with Article 65 regarding forgery of documents and fraud or embezzlement. Meanwhile, Olivia Nathania's legal representative, Andy Mulia Siregar, responded casually to the JPU's indictment and requested that his client not be fully blamed for the case. Why?
