Wearing an orange detainee outfit with his hands tied, Galih apologized. Galih himself was arrested on Monday night (22/4/2024) on Jalan Kampung Burangkeng, Bekasi, West Java. Based on the investigation, it was known that Galih Loss is the owner of the @galihloss3 account which uploaded the video of religious defamation. Galih has been designated as a suspect and detained. In relation to this case, Galih is charged under Article 28 paragraph 2 of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law) as well as Article 156 of the Criminal Code with a maximum penalty of 6 years imprisonment.
