"Starting today, GSH is named as a suspect and we will proceed to detain the suspect GSH. The detention will last for 20 days and can be extended afterward," said Nicolas. For his actions, Ghatan is charged with Article 338 in conjunction with Article 53 regarding attempted murder and/or Article 1 paragraph 1 of Emergency Law No. 12 of 1951, regarding carrying or possessing firearms or sharp weapons without permission.
