Interestingly, both of her twins are named Raffa Ahmad Darmadina and Raffi Ahmad Darmadina. Mpok Alpa and her husband chose the name Raffi Ahmad for their child because Raffi helped finance Mpok Alpa's delivery process. With the arrival of Raffa and Raffi, Mpok Alpa and Ajie now have 4 children. This is what led them to agree not to have any more offspring.
