The report is related to allegations of embezzlement of company funds amounting to IDR 6.9 billion. South Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit Chief AKBP Bintoro stated that the report was filed on July 23, 2022. After conducting an examination, the investigation process has progressed from a preliminary investigation to a formal investigation. On June 5, 2024, Tiko's legal counsel, Irfan Aghasar, spoke out. He stated that they were unaware of the motive behind Arina's report to the South Jakarta Police. Therefore, Irfan believes that the report is allegedly based on Arina's inability to move on after divorcing Tiko. Moreover, Tiko is now married to Bunga Citra Lestari, and this case has been ongoing since 2022, before their marriage.
