On that occasion, they no longer used the name Cherrybelle but Chibi Chibi. "So, the story is long. Cherrybelle belongs to the management. Well, because we are no longer affiliated with the management, we are on our own. So we chose it as our identity from ancient times," said Cherly Juno when met at Studio 6 Emtek City, West Jakarta, on Tuesday (14/5/2024).
Other members of Chibi Chibi, Kezia Karamoy, added that the appearance of their group then and now is quite different, considering that the majority of Chibi Chibi members now have children. Not only in terms of stamina, Cherly Juno also mentioned that their team now performs wearing corsets. "In the past, we didn't wear corsets for performances. Now, because we are mothers, we wear corsets. So that we can still appear perfect," said Cherly Juno with a laugh.
