Kapanlagi.com - A somber atmosphere enveloped the Grand Heaven Pluit Funeral Home in North Jakarta on Monday (21/7/2025) morning. Sarwendah, along with her extended family, held a casket closing ceremony for her beloved father, the late Hendrik Lo. The ceremony, which began around 08:55 WIB, was attended by immediate family and close relatives who came to pay their last respects. The proceedings were solemn, led by two monks who chanted prayers to accompany the departure of the deceased. Sarwendah, who is affectionately called Wenda, appeared to be holding back deep sorrow throughout the ceremony. Wearing a simple white t-shirt and black pants, she stood among her family, trying to contain her profound sadness as the ritual took place.
