The meeting was also attended by representatives from the K-9 vendor whose contract was terminated by the mall management due to this incident. The mediation, which took place on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, ended peacefully. The security guard and the affected vendor are willing to accept apologies from Robby Purba and Marlene Hariman.
