On Thursday, May 2, 2024, the judge stated that the defendant had not yet received the summons for the initial trial. The judge also added that the trial will be rescheduled for Monday, May 13, 2024, at 10:00 am, so that the prosecutor can present the defendant online.Iwan Wardhana, the spokesperson for the West Jakarta District Court, did not provide detailed explanation on why the trial was conducted online. According to him, all trials conducted at PN Jakbar are held online. Iwan Wardhana added that Ammar Zoni faces a maximum sentence of 5 years in prison.
