Inara attended with her legal counsel, while Virgoun did not attend and was only represented by his legal counsel. Virgoun's side will withdraw the divorce lawsuit and file a new one because they want to fight for custody of their children.In response to this, Inara's side welcomes Virgoun's optimism in applying for custody of their children.
