Bollywood Actor Aamir Khan Tested Positive for Covid-19

The latest news from India is that famous actor Aamir Khan has just tested positive for Covid-19. This news is quite surprising, considering that the star of the film PK recently announced that he would leave his social media.

According to Thehindu.com, on Wednesday (24/3), the actor whose real name is Mohammed Aamir Hussain Khan was declared positive for the new Corona virus. And currently, Aamir is undergoing self-isolation at home.

"Mr. Aamir Khan has tested positive for Covid-19. He is at home in self-isolation, following all protocols, and he is fine," said one of Aamir's representatives.

Aamir then advised those who have recently been in contact with him to immediately take preventive measures. He also expressed his gratitude for all the support and prayers from the public regarding his condition.

"Everyone who has been in contact with him should take a test as a preventive measure. Thank you for all your wishes and concerns," he continued.

2. Employees Previously Exposed to Covid-19

In mid-2020, Aamir Khan announced that some of his employees had been exposed to Covid-19. Fortunately, at that time, he tested negative for Covid-19 after undergoing a test.

"Hello everyone. This is information for you that some of my staff have been tested and the results are positive. They were immediately taken to a healthcare facility by BMC Officials who have treated my staff well. I am very grateful to BMC for taking care of them and for carrying out spraying and sterilization throughout the environment of my residence. Meanwhile, those of us here have been tested and the results are negative," Aamir wrote on that occasion.
