Open Restaurant, Gauri Khan, Shahrukh Khan's Wife, Flooded with Criticism from the Indian Public - Called Ungrateful

When Gauri announced the opening of a restaurant called Torii Mumbai, the news immediately went viral on social media. However, not all comments were positive.

1. Considered Ungrateful

Indian netizens argue that Gauri's decision to open a new business unit is seen as an ungrateful act. With the wealth she already has, Gauri is said to still want to continuously increase her wealth.

"Does she still need more money?" said a netizen on the @varindertchawla account, a famous paparazzi in India.

Many similar comments were made on accounts that posted about the opening of the luxurious restaurant. Almost all of them mentioned that Gauri should be satisfied with the wealth she currently has.

2. Gauri's New Restaurant

The restaurant founded by Gauri offers Asian cuisine with luxurious architecture and interior. It is a high-class restaurant with quite high food prices.

She established this restaurant with her business partners, Tanaaz Bhatia and Abhayraz Kohli, and it officially opened a week ago. Gauri admits that she is still learning to manage a large restaurant as this is completely new to her.

"We are just starting. Just starting to learn. I am excited to embark on this journey with my partner," said Gauri as quoted from Hindustantimes.com.
