Saif Ali Khan returned home on Tuesday, (21/1) afternoon after being allowed to leave the hospital, five days after sustaining injuries from a knife attack. The actor arrived at his home located in Bandra, just minutes after leaving Lilavati Hospital. At that time, he was seen walking back into his building after getting out of the vehicle, with tight police security surrounding him.

The moment of Saif's return to his home quickly attracted a lot of attention. Journalists who had been waiting in front of his house gave a warm welcome, with cheers and applause upon seeing the actor. Images from the incident were then widely shared by paparazzi accounts.

The actor previously suffered serious injuries during a robbery that occurred at his duplex home on January 16. The incident took place between 2 AM and 2:30 AM, while Saif was at home. In the attack, Saif sustained six injuries, including two deep stab wounds that were quite severe.
