IKATAN CINTA has made history as a phenomenal soap opera. This is inseparable from the role of Andin, the main character. Andin, played by Amanda Manopo, is now just a memory as she is allegedly reported to have passed away. Let's take a look at Andin's phenomenal moments in the soap opera.
Andin, a beautiful lecturer whose life is full of problems. Conflicts arise from various directions. She is slandered, and her life is threatened throughout this soap opera.
Still fresh in memory, the first episode of IKATAN CINTA featured the moment of Nino's proposal, a man who turned out to be loved by his own sister.
The love story did not go smoothly. Andin's life became more difficult with her job full of trials because her boss, Aldebaran, often treated her harshly.
The seeds of love also emerged in Andin and Aldebaran's hearts. Various sweet moments happened between them. Andin and Aldebaran instantly became the viewers' favorite couple.
Aldebaran, who harbored resentment over his sister's death, chose to marry Andin. Andin herself was suspected of being the killer of Aldebaran's sister. Of course, Aldebaran's intention was not sincere.
Once imprisoned for the case, Andin turned out to not be the actual killer. Elsa, her younger sister, was the mastermind behind Aldebaran's death.
Interestingly, Aldebaran, who initially married Andin for revenge, actually falls more in love with his wife. They become even more intimate.
However, Aldebaran's harsh nature often becomes a problem in their marriage. Nevertheless, they stay together until Andin becomes pregnant.
The story continues with romance and the mystery of Aldebaran's deceased brother being revealed. Unfortunately, Andin passes away due to a car accident.
Through her Instagram account @ikatancinta.mncp, Amanda Manopo announced her resignation from IKATAN CINTA. "I know this is very difficult, but with all humility, I bid farewell," said Amanda Manopo on Instagram, last Friday (20/1).
