"I have been waiting for this opportunity for months and when I heard that the elderly are being vaccinated here (RSUD), which is not far from my house, I am almost 61 (years old). So with this vaccine, the hope of life is getting bigger and soon Bali beach is waiting for me," said Hotman.

Hotman admitted that many people around him still feel hesitant to receive the vaccine. Even his personal assistant once forbade him from getting vaccinated.

"Yes, many friends are doubtful, many friends say 'not yet', even my beautiful personal assistant said 'don't, sir, don't'" said Hotman.

"But I have seen in America, there are already more than 50 million [people vaccinated], our President has also been vaccinated in Indonesia without any problems and coincidentally I don't have a history of serious illness. So that's why I dare to do it," he added

Hotman Paris revealed that his wife also had doubts about getting vaccinated.

"Well, at first she was doubtful, especially Agustianne Marbun. She practically doesn't have any serious illnesses because her lifestyle is different from mine. I have a more winding path. Yes, because I believe that this corona problem will not be resolved quickly," said Hotman Paris.

Although already vaccinated, Hotman Paris admitted that he will still follow health protocols properly.

"So it's better for us to do our best, to do the maximum of what is available. But even though I've been vaccinated, I will still be super cautious, health protocols will still be implemented, and maybe I will still wear a mask for another year. Especially during hearings," concluded Hotman Paris.
