Veteran actor Andi Wahyudin Unru, or better known as Yayu Unru, was buried at TPU Kampung Kandang, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, in the afternoon of Friday (8/12/2023).
During the funeral procession, familiar faces from the acting world were present to give their final respects to Yayu. Among them were senior actor Epy Kusnandar, Fuad Idris, and young artist Abidzar Al Ghifari.
When Yayu Unru's body was buried, cries and tears were heard from the family and mourners present. They seemed unable to let go of the departure of the film star POSESIF.
Yayu's third son, Andi Bumi Fatih Salman, even appeared dazed. His eyes empty, staring at his father's grave.
Afterwards, Fatih expressed his gratitude to the mourners who were present. He is confident that his father is now in a more peaceful condition.
"Thank you to everyone who came, maybe you saw papa as a friend, a close friend, a hangout buddy," said Fatih.
"And I'm sure he's very happy where he is and happy that you all came," he added.
Furthermore, Fatih apologizes if his late father made any mistakes during his lifetime. Fatih asks for the best prayers for his father.
"If he made any mistakes, please forgive him and please pray for him. If there are any debts, please contact the family," he said.
Yayu Unru passed away on Friday morning (8/12/2023) at the age of 61 at around 7.00 AM WIB after battling with his heart disease.
During his lifetime, the deceased was an accomplished actor. He has starred in many film titles.
