Evandra is now sitting in Class XI at SMA Negeri 1 Tumpang. He started getting to know the world of football at the age of four. His talent began to be honed more seriously when he joined a Football School (SSB) at the age of seven. 

During his Elementary School (SD) years in Malang, Evandra trained at SSB Angkasa for three months. He also briefly strengthened SSB Kameta (Kalah Menang Tarung) during a short period.

Meanwhile, Evandra's father also has a love for football. Because of this, Evandra always receives supervision, guidance, and even discipline training from his father.

"I note the details from a young age, how he passes, how he controls, I write all of that down. So that he has evaluation, if there are shortcomings. In Javanese, it has to be kulino first. I take notes (writing), sitting alone, not joining with other parents," said Oktamus Silvester.

The habit of advice from Oktamus Silvester continues to this day, even when facing South Korea and Yemen, notes on weaknesses are still kept. Every note is conveyed to Evandra as an evaluation, whether communicated via phone or during return home.

"After every match, he calls. He calls, points out mistakes, he realizes his mistakes. Every time we return, every 2-3 weeks there is an evaluation. We have strategies, we have formulas, we have our own 'secrets' that if one fails, there is a second strategy for Indonesia. Yesterday, I returned on March 22 after coming back from China," he said with joy.

Meanwhile, Faridha realizes that children of Evandra's age can indeed be quite unstable due to the intensity of training. In such conditions, she is present to remind them to stay focused and remember their life goals.

"Feeling tired is normal; if you're tired, take a break. After resting, rise again, walk again, and you can be more relaxed as well. In the national team, I used to complain, feeling tired, and I said it's normal, just sleep, rest, and relax, and the next day you'll feel fresh again. I always remind to never be arrogant, never be complacent, this is still the beginning, the journey is still long, and we haven't achieved anything yet," he explained.

The figure of Evandra has now become a hot topic, especially among football fans in the country. He performed brilliantly supporting the Indonesian U-17 national team at the 2025 U-17 Asian Cup.

His actions on the field successfully caught attention with three goals in the first two matches of the tournament. One goal was scored from the penalty spot against South Korea, while the other two goals came during a convincing 4-1 victory over Yemen.
