Aurel Hermansyah was recently challenged by Maia Estianty to cook a menu for breaking the fast. Atta Halilintar's wife decided to make a takjil dish in the form of coffee jelly. Visiting the home of the newlyweds, Maia Estianty challenges Aurel Hermansyah to cook a dish for breaking the fast.
Without further ado, Aurel immediately decided to make a takjil dish in the form of coffee jelly that she had never made before.
Aurel prepared various ingredients such as water and jelly powder according to taste.
She also added sugar according to estimation, not always following the existing recipe.
Since it's called coffee jelly, Aurel also added 3 tablespoons of coffee powder.
To prevent the jelly she was cooking from clumping, Aurel continued to stir it slowly.
After the jelly dish is done, Aurel also made her own fla with available ingredients such as whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and a little coffee.
After the fla is done, Aurel then cuts the jelly that has been set aside in the refrigerator. She serves a special coffee jelly to answer Maia's challenge.
Excited to try his wife's takjil menu, Atta Halilintar praised Aurel. He repeatedly said that the jelly is really delicious.
The same goes for Maia, who gives a thumbs up while giving a perfect score of 10 for Aurel's coffee jelly.
