In his personal Instagram account, Ruben mentioned that his struggle to build this factory was not easy.
He had to trial and error in learning to produce the right raw materials.
"This is a photo from when we first learned to produce the right raw materials, by never stopping to learn," he said in the Instagram caption.
Nevertheless, his factory can now be considered developed, even collaborating with local farmers.
"Now it's not just dried raw materials, but we have also learned to grow our own chili, of course, we work together with local farmers," he added.
Of course, Ruben is proud of his achievement, and also because this factory has managed to open job vacancies for those in need.
"I am proud of my own BRAND @geprekbensu where at least my brother @jordionsu and I have helped this country to accommodate a number of employees," he said.
In addition to this factory, Ruben has another factory named Bensu Nutrindo, which is built in the Surabaya area, East Java.
This factory has a capacity of 500 tons per day in producing frozen food from chicken and beef.
