This was revealed by Ganindra Bimo in a podcast with Praz. He recounted that Andrea Dian had a miscarriage and her ovary had to be removed.
Andrea Dian and Ganindra Bimo have been married for 11 years, but until now they do not have children. It turns out that this couple did not intentionally choose to be childfree as the public assumed.
Through a podcast with Praz, Bimo revealed that Andrea was once pregnant in the first year of their marriage. Unfortunately, Andrea was diagnosed with a miscarriage when her pregnancy was 5 months along.
At that time, the doctor had to remove the fetus that was in Andrea's womb. In addition, the doctor also had to remove the left ovary of his wife.
The surgery process became the most stressful moment of Bimo's life. Moreover, the doctor had stated that the chance of Andrea surviving was only 20 percent.
Bimo made a pact with God, that if Andrea could survive, he would always take care of their marriage. Whether or not they had children was no longer his priority.
Now after 11 years of marriage, Andrea and Bimo remain affectionate. Although they do not have children, they are still happy and have chosen to live just the two of them until now.
