Different from his appearance on stage with the band Elkasih, now Noventino Budi Lesmana is helpless in a wheelchair.

This man, who is familiarly called Nino, is paralyzed on half of his body, thin, and unable to speak due to the stroke he suffered.

After hearing the sad news about Nino, Ruri Repvblik visited this fellow musician at Panti Pniel located in Bintaro, South Jakarta.

A smartphone becomes Nino's companion for communication. Despite the difficulty of moving his fingers, Nino answers every question from Ruri with his effort.

Ruri also fed Nino snacks and was seen giving gifts in the form of food and a T-shirt to this stage name owner, El Ibnu.

According to one of the officers, Nino has been a resident of Panti Pniel for more than a month. This 41-year-old man came in a pitiful condition.

"At first, I didn't know that he was a celebrity. But whoever he is, we still accept him because we feel sorry for his condition," said the shelter officer.

Not only chatting and giving motivation, Ruri also took Nino for a walk while singing the song Kau 3Kan Cinta popularized by Elkasih.

It is reported that Nino suffered a stroke in 2015. He even experienced three strokes, resulting in his current condition.

Unfortunately, his wife asked for a divorce when Nino was in that condition. Nino and his wife officially divorced in 2017.

After the divorce, Nino was taken care of by his family. However, because they could no longer afford to take care of him, Nino was taken by his friend to Panti Pniel.

Nino, who claimed to be comfortable living in the nursing home, refused to discuss his past, especially his family.

From her visit to Panti Pniel, Ruri hopes that more fellow musicians can help Nino, at least give him encouragement.
