1TENGAH: A New Music Project from the Members of Fourtwnty that Makes Longing a Reality

Kapanlagi.com - After Fourtwnty decided to enter an indefinite hiatus, its members didn't just sit idle. Nuwi, Prim, Ryan, and Bubu instead introduced a new music project called 1TENGAH, as a continuation of the musical journey they have started a long time ago.

Although bringing a new spirit, 1TENGAH still maintains the warmth and honesty that Fourtwnty's listeners have come to know. This was emphasized by Primanda Ridho, who is now the main vocalist replacing Ari Lesmana.

"1TENGAH is not just a replacement for Fourtwnty, but rather an organic continuation that stands between the past and the future," said Prim.

This new formation is not only filled with familiar faces, but also includes two additional musicians, Jerash and Andri Begenk, which makes this project even more dynamic. This new energy is felt in the way they write songs, perform on stage, and interact with one another.

With a more collective approach, 1TENGAH aims to present a musical experience that remains personal, yet more open and diverse. It's not just about the music, but also about how to convey it to the public.

"With the spirit to continue nurturing the longing of loyal listeners, 1TENGAH offers a new musical experience that still carries the essence of honesty and social reflection typical of Fourtwnty, but wrapped in new dynamics in songwriting and more collective and synergistic live performances," said Prim.

1. Support from Various Parties

The birth of this project is also supported by various parties who want to encourage the local music scene to develop more widely. Among them are Intens Entertainment, Tangsel Life Production, as well as Bapenda Tangerang Selatan and Bank BJB, which actively support new stages.

According to Anesrembes, the initiator of the Tangsel Noise platform that serves as the growth space for 1TENGAH, this project has a meaning that goes beyond just new music. He sees it as a space that musicians need to stay connected.

"This is a space of longing and new nourishment for the Indonesian music ecosystem. 1TENGAH opens a middle ground for everyone who wants to feel close even in a phase of change," said Anesrembes.

Tangsel Noise itself is not an ordinary platform. It becomes a place for artists to express themselves and build closeness with their listeners. Many creative movements begin here, including 1TENGAH.

"Tangsel Noise is a new home for the longing that grows from music. 1TENGAH is one of its biggest forms," concluded Anesrembes.
