5 Years Absence from the Acting World, Irish Bella Makes a Comeback Through the Soap Opera 'SALEHA'

One thing that made Irish Bella agree to act again, besides missing the acting world, is that she also remembers her children who are starting to grow up. Moreover, her name became popular thanks to her career that started from a soap opera.

"It seems like my children can already be left alone, they can be busy on their own, and I also need to create again and it's best to play in a soap opera again," said Irish Bella in an interview via Zoom, Friday (5/7).

Syifa Hadju and Harris Vriza are her co-stars in the soap opera who always provide support to Irish Bella. She also admitted that she is happy to have the role of Isabella, although she feels a little awkward because it has been a long time since she acted in front of the camera.

"Shooting here again is a bit surprising, one day before I played here (SALEHA). The cast here is nice. This is my best comeback title. And I feel comfortable here," said Irish Bella.

2. Comfortable in Shooting Location

What makes the woman familiarly called Ibel more comfortable in her days on the shooting location is because she meets many good people. That's why she is grateful for being given the opportunity to hone her acting skills again in the soap opera Saleha.

"Besides bismillah, alhamdulillah, I met crew members I have worked with before here. They are really nice, I'm happy and comfortable," said Irish Bella.

What's interesting is that Irish Bella appears differently in this soap opera. Usually, Ibel always plays the role of a kind-hearted woman, but in this soap opera, Ibel plays the role of a sensitive woman who deeply loves Nando.

Isabella, the character played by former wife Ammar Zoni, faces problems within her family. Because of that, she tries to escape abroad, but eventually returns to Indonesia and falls in love with Nando.

The soap opera SALEHA itself has always been a favorite in television ratings in Indonesia. This SinemArt production often takes the top position. Despite the emergence of many new soap operas, SALEHA never falls out of the top three. In fact, SALEHA often sits at the top position.
