"Then we conducted a search and found a 6.35 caliber pistol, along with a smoking device that we will show later. We will conduct further examination. Because yesterday was about narcotics. We will continue the examination of the firearms. In addition to firearms, we also found 50 sharp bullets," he added.

3. Positive Urine Test Results

After undergoing a urine test, APH tested positive for amphetamines and methamphetamines. Interestingly, the results showed a difference from the evidence found, so the police will conduct further investigation.

"We tried to test the urine and the result was positive for amphetamines and methamphetamines. This (the evidence found) is a psychotropic substance, so the results differ from the evidence found and the urine result. That's why we need time. According to the law, we have a 3x24-hour detention period, which can be extended for another 3x24 hours, making it 6 days. So we are taking investigative steps intensively, to connect the evidence and find the truth," he explained.

4. Has Been Using Drugs in the Last Year

APH himself admitted to have been consuming illegal drugs in the past year. He also revealed where he could obtain these illegal goods.

"According to his statement, it has been for the past year. APH stated that he obtained the goods from his friend whom he referred to as Dut or Bro, which he got during his vacation in Sydney, Australia," explained Ady Wibowo.

5. Threatened with 5 Years of Imprisonment

Because of his actions, Nindy's husband is facing a heavy punishment. Not to mention the case of illegal firearm possession, which is still under further investigation.

"Article 127 paragraph 1 letter A, Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics and Article 62 regarding psychotropic substances. The punishment is 5 years imprisonment and a fine of 100 million rupiah," he explained.

It is not impossible that in the near future Nindy will also be called by the police to be a witness. What is certain, according to them, Nindy was not at home when the raid took place.

"We will conduct further examinations regarding the possibility of calling witnesses. When the examination was conducted at APH's house, sister Nindy was not at home. The person concerned was only with her children. If Nindy is there, we will also conduct an examination," said Ady.
