7 Anime That Have Been Challenged by the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI), from One Piece to Detective Conan

However, these anime must be regularly monitored by the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI), whose job is to ensure that all broadcasts are truly 'clean' or do not contain negative elements.

It is not surprising that several anime titles have had 'issues' with the KPI. There are several titles that have been reprimanded, and some have even been banned from airing due to containing scenes deemed inappropriate for broadcasting.

1. Crayon Shin-chan

A comedy series about the daily adventures of a kindergarten boy named Shinnosuke Shin-chan Nohara and his family in the city of Kasukabe; famous for its naughty humor, puns on Japanese culture, and scenes of a child acting like an adult.
