The actor Aming, who is often remembered for his humor, recently reunited on the Podkesmas channel with Extravaganza cast members Tora Sudiro, Mieke Amalia, Indra Birowo, and Sogi Indra Dhuaja. They discussed many things, including Aming mentioning the news about him that he had 'converted'.

Aming stated that he was once asked about converting after often dressing as a woman, then appeared with a more masculine look that aligns with his nature. He feels that it is just a gimmick that he needs to do for acting purposes.

Aming spoke up about his appearance that has been changing lately. "Now I'll just spill it, alright?" he said. "It's been a big deal that I converted, this is exclusive just for you guys."

"So, I mean, they say Aming converted, that's something that can't be countered, right? You can't deny it, you can't control it, and if you agree, it seems hypocritical, right?" said Aming.

"In the end, just go along with it. Basically, I'm observing the character of Sumanto." He admitted that to observe Sumanto, who is at the foundation, a drug rehabilitation center that also serves as a boarding school, he needs to wear a koko shirt, sarong, and other attire.

Aming feels he cannot lie during interviews. When asked if he has converted, he did not clearly answer or confirm it.

However, when asked if he still kept women's clothes, he admitted that he still kept those clothes because he might wear them again at some point.
