Since December 23, 2019, the police have seized crystal methamphetamine from Ibra Azhari several times.

This is the fifth time Ibra Azhari has been involved in the same case. Previously, Ibra Azhari had been arrested on August 31, 2000, and sentenced to two years in prison.

South Jakarta Metro Police have arrested several celebgrams and esports athletes on suspicion of drug abuse. They were arrested at a hotel in the Kuningan area of South Jakarta at around 23:00 WIB on Monday, April 22, 2024.

Among the arrested celebgrams are Chandrika Chika, Aura Jeixy alias Herli Juliansyah or HJ, and Monica Muller, who are widely known to the public.

From the arrest, the police successfully seized an electronic cigarette or pods containing a liquid of marijuana, which was mentioned to be used together by them.

Rio Reifan was arrested again by the police for drug use. The arrest took place on April 26, 2024, and he tested positive for consuming methamphetamine.

Previously, Rio Reifan had been arrested four times related to drug abuse. He admitted that he was unaware of becoming addicted to the illegal substance.

Rio Reifan was first arrested for drugs in January 2015, followed by arrests in August 2017, August 2019, and the latest on April 19, 2021.

The West Jakarta Metro Police recently arrested two actors, namely Epy Kusnandar and Yogi Gamblez. They were arrested at Epy's shop in Kalibata, South Jakarta.

The urine test results showed that both of them tested positive for consuming marijuana. The police are still investigating the drug case involving Epy and Yogi Gamblez.
