In a podcast, Randy Pangalila admitted to having many installment burdens. At that time, the actor revealed that he had to pay installments for his house and private vehicle, totaling around Rp70 million per month.
"In 2013-2014, I had many installments. The installment bills were 70 million per month," said Randy Pangalila as quoted from Solusi TV channel, (07/05).

At that time, Randy Pangalila began to focus on the music world and had his own band. Initially, Randy Pangalila revealed that he could cover the installments with the savings he had from his roles in soap operas. "I felt okay, I still had savings to pay for it. But for how long, if there's no income. It continued until I ran out. Until I panicked, it's difficult to have a band. I returned to soap operas, but lost momentum due to the abundance of younger stars," revealed Randy Pangalila.

In the disclosed statement, the debt collectors visited Randy Pangalila's personal residence regarding the installments he was responsible for.
"Debt collectors have come to my house. In 2019 after I got married. I still have loan problems (mortgage installments)," said Randy Pangalila.

When debt collectors visited their house, Randy's wife panicked as she saw them appearing angry. In that situation, it was known that Randy Pangalila was filming. However, Randy never ran away from his responsibilities. Instead, he tried to meet with the finance staff directly to seek consideration for a solution.
"Debt collectors came, got angry at me. My wife from Canada panicked. What's going on, someone is angry. I was outside, filming," he continued.

Hearing Randy Pangalila's explanation that he claimed to have no income, the finance staff was surprised. "Finally, I met the finance person. We reviewed and I said, Sir, I don't have any money. He was shocked, how can someone like Randy Pangalila have no money?" he said.
"I honestly said that I have no job. I surrender, I said (to God) if this house is not for me, help me to sell it. Find a buyer that God has provided, if this house is for me, show me the way," explained Randy Pangalila.

"Not many people know about my struggles. What they know is my success, the awards I received, the house I completed, the amazing family, the healthy children, the beautiful wife. "In my heart, you don't know how many debt collectors I have faced. You don't know when I was abandoned by my friends, by my partner. You don't know how lonely I felt." Randy Pangalila continued.
