"Insha Allah, March 21st is our wedding akad date. Insha Allah, it's the day we become halal, the day we have been waiting for since last year. Insha Allah, hopefully there will be no obstacles, hopefully the entire Indonesian community will pray for us," said Atta when met in the Pondok Indah area, South Jakarta, on Friday night (12/2/2021).

"Hopefully this will be our proof to the Almighty that we are truly serious, truly willing to carry out one of His worship," Atta continued.

Initially, Atta Halilintar and Aurel Hermansyah wanted to keep the happy news a secret. But to avoid any strange and conflicting news, they finally spoke up.

"March 21st will be a happy date for us. Please, I really hope there won't be any disturbances, please. I hesitate to say this because I have been asked about it so many times," Atta said.

"We don't want any strange news anymore. So we're just letting you know. Just pray that everything goes smoothly," added Aurel on the same occasion.

Furthermore, Aurel Hermansyah explained why she chose to get married on March 21, 2021. Apparently, it's because that day falls on a Sunday and it's a beautiful date.

"I thought yesterday because the date is beautiful: 21-3-21. So, yeah. It also falls on a Sunday, a day for family, usually people get married on Sundays. So (we chose) the date 21," said the owner of the birth name Titania Aurelie Nurhermansyah.
