According to Raffi, their restaurant in Paris has received a warm welcome from the local community. Through this new business, Raffi and the team want to introduce the richness of Indonesian flavors and culture to the world. "The people of Paris love Indonesian cuisine and its desserts. There, we also strive to maintain the distinctive taste of Indonesia, and the interior is filled with cultural elements," Raffi explained.

Yanti Airlangga, one of the founders, added that the grand concept still retains Indonesian cultural touches in every detail. She appreciates Nagita Slavina's taste, who incorporated iconic Indonesian cultural elements into the restaurant's interior design.

"Nagita wants to highlight Indonesian legends. So, when people come to eat, they can also enjoy the works of local artisans. This aligns with the current trend among young people who care about local products," Yanti revealed.

Kharisma Bibitani, another business partner, mentioned that the name Le Nusa is derived from the word "Nusantara," reflecting their spirit to elevate Indonesian culture to the global stage. "This name indeed refers to Indonesia, and we want this culture to be visible in every corner of our restaurant," said Kharisma.

Nagita Slavina added that the menu in their latest culinary business is designed to blend the flavors of Nusantara with international elements. "For example, we have Jimbaran Sauce Octopus. Octopus is popular there (Paris), but we combine it with typical Nusantara spices," explained Nagita.

Not only wanting to indulge tastes, Raffi and Nagita also hope that their new business can attract more people to open new branches in Indonesia and abroad. "We want this to be a place that elevates Indonesian cuisine even further," added Nagita.

Raffi even plans to challenge a French chef to cook Indonesian dishes in their version. "It could be an interesting challenge, seeing an international chef interpret Indonesian food," Nagita said excitedly.
