7 Xanax Pills Found at Ririn Ekawati's House, Belonging to Late Husband

Kapanlagi.com - Ririn Ekawati was arrested by the police on Sunday (8/3). The 39-year-old woman was apprehended at her residence with several pieces of evidence, including 7 Xanax pills.

The presence of these pills is still being investigated by the police. "We are still investigating the Xanax, we need time to further investigate and call relevant parties," said the Head of Narcotics Investigation Unit of West Jakarta Metro Police, Commissioner Ronaldo Maradona Siregar at his office on Tuesday (10/3).

The pill is known to belong to the late husband of Ririn. The investigation took time because Ririn's husband passed away in 2017.

"Based on the current information, Ririn's late husband was in 2017, so we need time to thoroughly and deeply investigate the existence of Xanax," Ronaldo continued.

2. Investigating the Prescription

During the search, a prescription was also found. That matter is still being investigated. "Yes, we will delve into it in relation to the presence of Xanax there," Ronaldo said.

Currently, Ririn's status is still as a witness. The examination will continue, and besides Ririn, other parties will also be examined.
