After the funeral, Dimas Aditya explained that his father had been hospitalized for the past month. "So my dad has been in the hospital for a month and he had long-standing illnesses. It was like complications, due to his age as well. After the surgery, his condition worsened," he said.

Initially, his father underwent intestinal adhesion surgery in 2016 and now the disease has recurred. "If he's in pain, there is intestinal adhesion, and it actually started to happen after his intestines were operated on in 2016. And now it's recurring again, and the process of treatment has been going on for almost a month. Critical condition for two weeks after the surgery," said Dimas Aditya.

Before his father got sick, Dimas Aditya said that his mother was also hospitalized. "Indeed, before that, my mother was sick and was treated in the ICU for a month. I focused on taking care of my mother. My mother just got out two days ago, and then my father was admitted to the hospital for surgery," he said.

Dimas Aditya, the only child who lives in Jakarta, had to take care of everything. "We had limited energy at that time. The children already did their best. Fortunately, I am in Jakarta while my siblings are in other cities. So I had to handle everything," explained Dimas Aditya.

Dimas Aditya also remembers the figure of his father who didn't talk much but did a lot of actions that he considered meaningful. "He doesn't talk much to me but he does a lot of actions that he does to me. So I only understand how great his love is when I am an adult," he said.

He also held back tears when praying for his father's eternal departure. "Just pray for the best for him. I have conveyed all my apologies, hopefully he will be placed in the best place," he said with a trembling voice.

Meanwhile, Tika Bravani, although feeling very lost, has accepted the departure of her father-in-law. "He is very kind, likes to share knowledge, also likes to play with his grandchildren. So it is indeed a significant loss. But considering his illness has been quite long, this is indeed the best," she said.

Tika Bravani also always remembers the message from her mother-in-law not to leave prayer. "(The message) is common but really important as a parent, always reminding us to pray," concluded Tika Bravani.
