A divorce application was registered through e-court on May 11, 2023 with case number 1583/Pdt.G/2023/PAJS. The application submitted by Desta apparently based on the agreement of both parties.

"This divorce is by mutual agreement, they both decided. And why Desta submitted it, because their agreement is better if the husband submits it," said Hendra Siregar, Desta's lawyer, when met in the Cipete area, South Jakarta, on Thursday (5/18/2023).
