The relationship between Attila Syach and his ex-wife, Bunga Sophia, is not going well. Their eldest son named Jaka revealed his reasons for not wanting to live with his mother. However, when they divorced a few years ago, the custody of the child was given to Bunga Sophia. Read Jaka's complete story below.
Jaka Tirta, the first son of artist Attila Syach and Bunga Sophia, admitted that he doesn't want to live with his mother. One of the reasons is because Jaka feels restricted and his freedom is taken away. "And I can play, but if I have to live with mom, I refuse, because it's different, because we are locked," said Jaka when met in the Pasar Rebo area, East Jakarta, on Sunday (17/12/2023).
Indeed, after officially divorcing Attila, Bunga obtained custody of their two children. Their divorce was decided by default as Attila was out of town and unaware that he was being sued.Â
Jaka himself admitted that he didn't know the exact reason why his mother did such a thing. Jaka had asked about it, but Bunga never wanted to answer.Â
"In 2021, we were locked up for 6 months, so we didn't have access to anything except for their older brother, grandfather, and grandmother who had access. We didn't have access to anything, and I don't know the reason why. Every time I ask, it's always silent," said Jaka.Â
Attila himself admitted that he couldn't do anything because he didn't have custody rights. However, their two grown-up children eventually chose to live with him.Â
What is heartbreaking, his second child with Bunga, Kardin, experienced a bitter incident of alleged kidnapping for three days. Kardin was able to be free after Jaka sacrificed himself as a shield from sturdy people who tried to catch him and allegedly his ex-wife behind it. "Yes, there is my brother, Marshelo Batara, an Ambonese, I acted as a shield for my younger brother," said Jaka.
Attila himself also admitted disappointment in his ex-wife. Both of their children seemed to be neglected by Bunga, to the point where they didn't go to school after their divorce.Â
"He (Jaka) didn't go to school with Kardin, so if Kardin is in grade 5, Kardin is actually 1.5 years behind in school, you can ask SDN Pasar Minggu School for clarification, you can request clarification from SDN 01 Panjelaran Bogor Regency which provided a room for my child's education for the past 6 months," Attila concluded.
