Jennifer Dunn finally spoke out about the news regarding her husband, Faisal Harris, who is involved in a corruption case related to the distribution of social assistance or the Family Hope Program (PKH) of the Ministry of Social Affairs in 2020 by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). As a wife, Jennifer Dunn expressed her frustration about the circulating news concerning her husband.

Not only that, she also expressed disappointment because she knows very well that her husband is still a witness in the case. She stated that there has been no statement whatsoever regarding her husband being accused of breaking the law.

"As a wife, I am disappointed," said Jennifer Dunn when met in the Kebon Sirih area, Jakarta, on Wednesday (10/1).

"Why is it being exaggerated? My husband did nothing wrong. If my husband was guilty, he wouldn't be sitting in front of you now," she continued.

Jennifer Dunn feels that she knows Faisal Harris well, and she asserts that she has never seen her husband have a tendency to break the law.

"As a wife, I know my husband's nature and character very well. My husband doesn't know anything, there is no connection to anything," she said.

She believes that the rumors about the case involving her husband have intentional elements from certain individuals. This is because Faisal Harris is currently campaigning as a candidate for the Indonesian Parliament (DPR RI).

"He's running for election, and then news of corruption related to social assistance programs comes out. Can you imagine? His image becomes tarnished in front of everyone, not just in his electoral district. What will the public say when they judge him?" she explained.

In addition, Jennifer emphasized that the issues involving her husband's name have not had a negative impact on their marriage.

"We are not a household that is easily shaken by news like that. We are becoming stronger to convince all of you that we are not affected by such news. We have done nothing wrong," she concluded.
