Aeshya and Areeq, Nisya Ahmad's two beloved children, were taken to the hospital. This was known from Nisya's recent Instagram story post.
Initially, Areeq was admitted to the hospital first. Then Aeshya followed. Aeshya herself initially couldn't get a room and had to stay in Areeq's room.
However, it didn't last long. They finally got a spacious room that was enough for the three of them to stay in. Nisya revealed the pain suffered by both of her children.
According to Nisya, Areeq initially had diarrhea. The diarrhea didn't stop. In a day, he had bowel movements 10 to 15 times. Areeq also experienced dehydration and high fever.
While in the hospital, Areeq was examined and found to have low potassium and electrolytes. He also felt nauseous and vomited.
Meanwhile, Aeshya initially suffered from sore throat for 3 days. She was given antibiotics but didn't recover and instead had high fever.
After being rushed to the hospital, Aeshya turns out to be dehydrated like Areeq. In addition, her platelet count has also decreased but she is confirmed not to have dengue fever.
The news of their illness has been responded by netizens. Many are praying for their speedy recovery. From Citra Sadiqah to Fairuz A Rafiq, everyone is praying for Areeq and Aeshya.
